The recording of a live one hour solstice and Full Moon practice syncing with the auspicious junctures of solar and lunar cycles.
Beginning with pranayama and dedication to returning to the centre of the mandala that you are as unique light in the great macro mandalas of space and time that we can see clearly in the Sun and Moon cycles.
You will be guided through rounds of classical Surya Namaskar followed by Prana Flow Surya Namaskar in a mandala to sync with the rhythm and energy of the Sun at its peaking light moment of stillness.
Sun meets Moon as you then flow into Chandra Namaskar adding heart openers and inviting reflective lunar feeling states.
Enjoy this practice at these sacred junctures or anytime you wish to attune to the cosmic cycles most affecting us here on Earth and to reclaim your space and come back to your centre.
