A 40 minute flow at a juncture that reminds you to take the cues from nature and the New Moon to slow down and befriend yourself.
Mitra means “friend” and is the name of the deity associated with this New Moon placement. It is also a name given to the Sun as “the great friend of all”.
This practice takes you on a journey to your soul soil to feel a deeper connection - a friendship - with the earth and with yourself by slowing down movement and elongating your breath through an embodiment of “living earth” - Bhumi - namaskar.

Based on the invocations from Agni Namaskar which we moved through at the Winter Solstice, this gives you an opportunity at this juncture to dive deeper into the 3 aspects of Agni/Fire in helping you clarify the path ahead and bring in your personal dedications.
