Move through some rounds of Chandra namaskar to enter into the feeling state of listening to your soul's desires.
Then move through rounds of Prana Flow Shakti namaskar to strengthen your ability to clear the path ahead both of any self-created obstacles or limitations as well as any dissonant energies around you.
The bija/seed Shakti mantras circulated at the beginning and end of this practice are AIM (pronounced A-EEM), HRIM (HREEM) KLIM (KLEEM).

The mantra we circulate is HUM (pronounced HOOM) and is one of the most important Shakti mantras in the Vedic traditions that invokes protection and also contains the power to transform and dissolve.
