A favourite meditation and reflection practice of mine for the beginning of any new cycle, this one coinciding with the first new moon of the year and Makar Sankranti which begins the sun’s northward movement.
Based on the invocations from Agni Namaskar which we moved through at the Winter Solstice, this gives you an opportunity at this juncture to dive deeper into the 3 aspects of Agni/Fire in helping you clarify the path ahead and bring in your personal dedications.
Reflecting on these 3 aspects of fire - samhara (dissolution/completion/liberation) - sthithi (sustaining power) and - sristhi (igniting/initiating power) - you are invited through reflection and mudra vinyasa to listen for your heart wisdom dedications.
