A 45 minute heart centred practice with pauses on the earth for reflection for when you want to lean into the qualities of love and courage.
In Ayurveda, both rasas (meaning emotion, taste, juice) of love and courage are connected with Kapha dosha with its qualities of water and earth. Qualities that help balance excess Pitta (fire aka inflammation & frustration) and Vata (space & air aka restlessness & anxiety) that can rise in intense times.
Kapha in excess gathers around the heart space and is the dominant dosha in late winter/spring.
So we’re invited to bring attention to keeping your heart space open and receptive at this time of year, especially to receiving your own heart wisdom to love and live your life with courage and freedom.
